Hello everyone! I hope you're keeping well and warm now that spooky season is upon us. And speaking of Halloween, there are some scary shenanigans going on on the famous cobbles next week. For as long as we've known her, Eileen Grimshaw has lived up to her surname with her dour demeanour. But, I guess like Shona before her, she's set for a radical personality change after a freak accident with a pumpkin. While angrily banishing Glenda's pumpkin from her housee, she collides with her nemesis Gail, trips over the pumpkin and is knocked unconscious. And it's too terrifying for her partner George Shuttleworth to bear when she emerges from the accident all smiley and chilled out. Elsewhere there's horror when Fiz gets a call from a journalist saying they're planning to serialise a book about her serial killer late husband John Stape in the paper, and Tyrone thinks her ex Phill is behind it. There's an agonising dilemma for pregnant teen Summer Spellman as she makes an appointment with Dr Gaddas to book an abortion, but she's thrown when Billy's parishioner Esther offers her money to buy her baby. And Daniel is spooked when his son Bertie with his late wife Sinead calls his girlfriend Daisy 'mummy.' What do you think? Get in touch with us!
