The season kicks off with the series premiere of the new animated comedy Universal Basic Guys on Sunday, Sept. 8, immediately following the Fox NFL doubleheader. 💰 Global entertainment and media advertising is projected to top $1 trillion in 2026 and, by 2028, will double where it was in 2020. Growth will be fueled by an explosion in internet advertising. 📽️ Rebel Wilson's The Deb will close the Toronto Film Festival on September 15 after all. | Shovel Ready - East End Studios broke ground on its downtown Los Angeles Arts District facility, East End Studios Mission Campus, a 245,000-square-foot Class-A facility featuring five stages. The vertical phase of construction is set to begin this summer. The project, with a total cost of approximately $230 million. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. LA Mayor Karen Bass (center left in the photo) said, “Right now, our legacy industry needs support and this campus is the type of initiative that will help save jobs and help spur production in our area...We are creating jobs and energizing our signature economy.” |
